One of the main principles of the company is honesty. This is what we hear very often from our drivers when asking them for some feedback. You will get all the rate confirmations forwarded directly from the broker along with the broker’s name, phone number and the rate of the load.
No forced dispatch
Either you are an Owner-Operator or a Company driver, the dispatcher will call you and offer a load and it’s up to you to decide whether you want to go for it or not. It’s important to us that you take your time, analyze all the details of the load and then give an answer with full responsibility.
24/7 support
Our nighttime dispatch is highly skilled, capable of handling calls, updates, and solving uncommon situations. A manager is always available during nighttime shifts for assistance. We’re accessible round-the-clock, even on Federal holidays. So rest assured, if you encounter a breakdown on Christmas night, help is assured!
Personal dispatcher
After signing up, you’ll fill out a questionnaire to determine your driving style. Based on your preferences, you’ll be matched with a dispatcher specializing in your preferred loads. You can request to switch dispatchers after a trial period to ensure your comfort.
Accessible management
One strong point of MMM Express is its accessible management team. Whether you have questions or seek improvements, feel free to reach out directly to upper management. Your feedback is vital for us, and our managers are eager to hear from you. Direct dialing extensions are available upon request.
Weekly deposit
We make deposits every week without exceptions. You can also reach our accounting and get the amount of upcoming pay-check and find out which loads will be paid. You will also receive a report every week via email with a detailed breakdown of all loads completed and deductions that occurred during the period.
Monthly bonuses
We do have monthly awards for the drivers that performed great during the month. If you work hard and don’t get violations during a specified period, you are likely to get into the top five drivers of the month and get your bonus added to the following paycheck.
Cash advances
You can request cash advances 24/7 at any point of the time. Most of the time it can be given in the form of an EFS check.
